I cooked some'en:stuffed chicken breast(pic heavy)

Started off with some breast added provolone cheese, parmesan cheese, cream cheese, baby spinach, and roasted mango chipotle sauce and wrapped up with bacon.
Turned out great and then a burn out to clean up the egg.

The last photo is too cool...I've done so many indirect cooks lately all of the inside is clean but the dome. Next cook is rocket launching time after the cook. The chicken looks good too, I've been thinking about stuffing it with jalapenos and cream cheese.LBGE Katy (Houston) TX

Got it at the Fresh Market to try on pork tenderloins but it turns out it's good on most things

Danny I not sure how long these took this time. I set up the grill indirect with the platesetter at 350F with some cherry chunks. I pulled them off at 155F but they went on up to around 160F but they were still plenty moist. It was a pretty quick cook. Did you get to cook yet? How did your steaks turn out?

JL couldn't ask for better mid February weather. Grass is turning green the buttercups are already blooming. I just hope we don't get any of the storms that this warm air will bring once the cold returns.

Bronco Bob makes a great raspberry chipotle sauce too. Schnuks had a tag on theirs that said clearence so I bought all 5 bottles. I went back the next week and the shelf was stocked back up and the tag was gone. :huh: I had to ask myself; "self, did you just buy all the old stuff?" Oh well its good stuff.
