I decided to make maple dijon glazed pork chops tonight. I started with some 1 1/4" thick bone in chops.
Marinated them in equal parts real maple syrup and dijon mustard with a dash of salt and pepper. Threw them on the egg 450 degrees direct 2 minutes each side then I shut the vents and let the chops get done. The chops came out very juicy, and the flavor was excellent. Made a couple baked potatoes to go with the chops. Good eats.
