Working on some ribs today 3/1/1 method. Question is: When I wrap in foil, do I add liquid? Would love to hear from the pros.

    I've gotten to where I dont add anything. I just foil. You wont be disappointed either way. I was using applejuice at one time.
  • Personally, I add apple juice and sometimes honey.

    Remember when you foil, put the ribs back on the grill with the meat side down. This will help moisturize the ribs.

    honey and a little brown sugar. Just foiled a rack 20 minutes ago ;)
