A person just has to brag :-)! I picked up a 7 lb. package of loin ribs yesterday afternoon while out riding the Harley. I had gotten away from doing them Cat's way in favor of the longer 3-2-1 cook. Not enough time for that yesterday, so back to Cat's Baby Backs. These had to be the best ever. Hadn't done them for a while, but put them on with the Egg stable at 260 with a couple lumps of Hickory and let them cook to internal temp of about 187. Took a little less than 4 hours. They were absolutely incredible. Just my son and I at home last night and we did some serious damage. I'm hooked again! [p]Thanks, Cat!
