Easy, tasty pineapple dessert

Here's something I did the other night on the Egg that you might enjoy. Keep your fire going from whatever you cook for dinner, medium direct heat, about 350-400 degrees. Take a fresh pineapple, cut the peel off, and cut around the core into long strips. Put them in a baking dish. On the stove, melt some butter, and add some brown sugar, cinnamon, and bourbon, all to taste, just until you have everything combined. Pour the sauce over the pineapple and roll the strips to coat everything well. Put the strips on the Egg until they are good and hot with some good grill marks, turning as needed. Serve with some vanilla ice cream. Easy, fast, and good.
