Hi all,
I found this recipe last week, and thought I'd give it a try.
http://www.recipezaar.com/Grilled-Pacific-Rim-Pork-Tenderloin-137048
As I brought the grill up to temp, I started simmering the leftover marinade.
Rubbed and ready for the grill. I did it indirect, with pecan for smoke. Started at 250 and let it slowly rise through the cook.
I glazed with the sauce for the last 15 mintes....and then it was ready to pull.
Ready for the table.
I don't know if if was the cut of meat, the marinade, or what other outside source, but this was hands down the most tender tenderloin I've ever had. Everyone liked it, so it goes in the family's keeper cook book.

Very nice presentation Frank. I just added this recipe to my must cook file. The problem is I never seem to get around to that file since I keep cooking the same things over and over.Larry

Looks great Frank! I checked out recipezaar, looks like a great marinade. Thanks!

Thanks! I always know it's a winner when the 4 and 5 year old's ask if they can have it over and over again!

Maybe they need to put at least one 5 yr. old as a judge in competitions. I had a throwdown at home and let my 4 and 5 yr. old granddaughters be part of the judging and it was fun. They loved it and want to do it all the time now.
