Well..country ribs with Dino BBQ Cajun Foreplay rub and mopped at end with Dino Slathering Sauce..good stuff!




They tore into em so quick when I untented I had to take one of my plate with fresh broccoli and cheese sauce and homemade tater salad...yum!

You know..dang good question...my butcher has told me before and I thought he said shoulder, but I'm gonna ask him again this week when I see him...

shoulder cut will have more fat and be a little darker in color

Really nice pics! I wish that the sun were still high in the sky when I was finishing up, but it was getting dark by the time my cook finished up.

Going to try to find some beef ribs like yours--they look great!

Those were pork also BB...I know the sticker says 'fatted calf' but that is the name of the butcher I use.. those were pork

I caught that after I read your response. I did some earlier in the week, and my son devoured them. Gotta love some country cut ribs. Thanks to you, I'll be scheduling my annual eye exam since it's a new year for the insurance coverage and spending account
