We have had the McCormick crusting blends a couple of times in the oven and they have been good. Tonight we had pork chops to cook and I thought the Crusting would be good in the Egg but my wife thought otherwise oh well. So salt pepper garlic powder and off we go. Pulled at 145 and 149
They look a little undercooked in the photo and were cooked just enough a little more wouldn't have hurt and may be required for those who grew up with par boiled pork. I think this salsa is zero points, I shouldn't joke my wife is below her target weight and looks great.

Hi Tim, Those look great! Did you see last nights posts regarding pork and safe temps? You were right on! It takes a little convincing to those of us who grew up with shoe sole chops, but trust me, they were more than safe to eat! Probably the most moist you've had?
Nice cook, TOM! :woohoo:

The chops were very juicy I don't know which one I had but I was worried my wife was going say something about how they were cooked but she didn't. My mother par boiled our pork. It was just a few years ago that I what real are BBQ ribs -
