Bought some "new" cookbooks in the big city this week: Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day: how to keep a moist dough ready in fridge and take out only what you need--hubby always uses whole wheat, so pizza perfection should be coming soon...only a few toppings, sized for 2 now that boy is back at school!
Dr. BBQ's Big-Time Barbecue Cookbook: he really has some good tips, from what I've browsed so far, and some good recipies--also says he doesn't like sweet sauces :evil: but uses them for contests...looks like the judges need some pointers on "healthy" foods B) .
Championship BBQ Secrets for Real Smoked Food: lots of seafood recipes and wood recommendations :laugh: .
Should be able to keep egging and eating with portion control ;)
