Well Max, my wife and I send you a huge thanks for your crab cakes recipe! She was in the city the other day and ran across a seafood market. She called me to see what I was interested in so she brought home some lump crab meat.

Today we made your crab cakes and they were great! She turned hers in to a crab burger since burgers were what we were having for dinnner. I combined some Tsunami Spin and Old Bay in mayo for a coating on her bun and she was in heaven. Job well done!

No pictures, sorry...was dark and then they were gone...
