Hey all - am prepping to do a massive cook for a neighborhood party. My neighbor and I plan to take our 2 LBGEs and make as much pulled pork as possible. Since this will be a *first cook* of such magnitude for both of us, we are looking for advice:
1) boston butt or shoulder or does it matter? the goal is outstanding pulled pork sandwiches
2) how much to buy (how much can we fit in 2 LBGEs) and suggestions in Atlanta where to purchase?
3) who has a great link for cooking such a quantity (how to prep the grill to stack em up, temp guides, seasoning, etc)
Many thanks! Marge
