Butt Resting Peacefully

Well the Butt finished up about 3:00 this afternoon. Nearly 18 hours in. Actually was probably ready to pull an hour or so earlier than that. Kinda stuck at 190 internal for the last hour or so. I thought it might climb on toward 200, but did not. All in all a good cook. It is in the cooler now waiting for guests to arrive for our Friday night unwind. I'm adding some CW Corn Bread, slaw, Tanker Tim Beans and someone is bringing desert. PWise, I'll hoist a toast to you this evening as your Butt cook went well also. Enjoy!
