Beef round bottom round roast

edited 5:18AM in EggHead Forum
Hi Everyone, wife goes to sam's club, comes back with a 4.71lb Beef round bottom round roast, tells me to throw it on the egg. Is this something I should cook at low and slow. I have never cooked this type of beef before. Thanks, Joe V

    Joseph Valfre,
I use a rub like Dizzy Pig, and then cook the roast in the egg at 350 degrees until it is 130 internal or so. You can get fancier, but this will come out reasonably good for a low cost cut of meat.[p]TNW
