The wifey is out in San Francisco and I was all alone; poor me, yeah right Yesterday and today were perfect weather for cooking outdoors. While I have used the BGE over the winter for pulled pork, pork chops, ribs, etc., I have not had a BGE steak since late November.[p]I threw two small but thick t-bones on the BGE. While the steaks were cooking I was drinking a small beer, smoking a nice cigar then finally the steaks were finished. I had a nice plate ready to bring the steaks inside on and the salad was ready. However, before bringing the steaks inside, I thought that I would cut the steaks to make sure they were done enough for my liking. The steaks were perfect![p]Then, I thought I'd have a just little bite before taking the steaks indoors to accompany my salad. No way! One bite deserved another bite and before I knew it both steaks were gone. Now I sit in shame loosing control like that. What a pig I am. I must add If this is a pigs life, I like it!
