Just finished dinner. Pork loin split open and filled with fig preserves, a sprinkling of different seasonings I found on the shelf and wrapped in bacon. I cut out all the other stuff (dried fruit, nuts, kitchen sink, etc) just to see what the Egg could do on its own. 90 minutes indirect at 300° to 142° internal. Excellent... [p]Spring Chicken
