<p />Just trying to see if I can post a picture with my first attempt. I don't yet have a real digital camera--just a webcam, which explains the crummy quality. At least the real thing was juicy and delicious. It was also my first time using a polder-like thermometer (Maverick redi-check). Don't know how I went 6 months without one. I probably won't be posting any more pics until I get a camera worthy of egged food.[p]Aron

    Aron, That spatchcock looks plenty good to me. I've got one in the fridge right now soaking up some Dizzy Pig rub. It will be offered to the God of flames tomorrow at noon. Nice little lunch before I go to work. Mac
