small salmon filet

I have a small salmon filet, 16oz. I would like to smoke it for a christmas hour d'oeuvres. I want to serve it cold, can anyone help me out since I do not have a clue on how to do this

You are a little short on time as most recipes call for about a day of brining. Guessing that you don't want to be cooking tomorrow here is quicker method. Just substitute BGE foe the Weber

Last Xmas I did a couple of pounds and posted my process and pics on the forum. It worked out really well, and I did some again a couple of weeks ago to raise money for the SPCA. This time I did salmon and rainbow trout. Both turned out really well.
