Season's Greetings to everyone here on the forum. I read a lot more than I post, and from that reading I've learned so much about this wonderful cooking device called the Big Green Egg. Having the Egg has changed my life over the last 14 months in more ways than I can describe. It has completely revived my BBQ hobby and given me a new joy in cooking for friends and family. I'm grateful for all the great information, advice and wisdom that I've found by reading this forum and browsing the recipes here.

I'm especially thankful for the hard work that WPB and WMK (and any other forum administrators that I've missed) do to keep this great forum up and running. What a fantastic resource - and one of the best run online forums I've ever seen.

I hope everyone has a great holiday and a prosperous 2009.
