Turkeys are in the Brine

I just zipped home from work to put 2 turkeys in the brine for on Christmas. One is for me and one is for Craig who was one of the North Of The Border Smokin Squad team members in Atlanta this year.


  • I quit brining Turkey after one gave me a lousy case of salmonella poisoning… thankfully my guests didn’t suffer the same. Be extra cautious with all liquids involved. Good luck and enjoy!
