I miss the gumbo in Mobile, although my wife cooks a mean pot of gumbo down here in Odessa. She bought some oysters and shrimp today, baked a turkey and is planning
that Christmas "Mobile style" menu. I'll smoke a pork roast and a turkey on the egg, but my wife's gumbo and a fresh loaf of french bread that she baked will be my feast.
