Pounded the breast until flat:

Added a little left over Buckboard Bacon (a la Thirdeye)from this morning's breakfast, sprinkled with Dizzy Pig original:

Rolled up and added a little more Dizzy Pig and Italian bread crumbs:

Cooked at 400 degrees on a raised grill for 35 minutes until I reached an internal temperature of 160
degrees:
