    sorry i had to trow that in......if the gasket is good you should ba able to glue it back with a silicone.
    ask fidel he has gotten me a silicone tube that you can get in auto shops!

    I second this idea, really the mini is for grilling at high temps. Its really not critical to have it air tight. Mine burned/fell off, I was really ticked for a little while but then I figured it was not worth worring about. If I really care I will put the nomex with the 3m stuff.
