Would like to smoke top round roast tomorrow. Internal temp 160, is that about right?
Any suggestions for time, temp, cooking hints.

    I rub mine down with whatever is in the cabinet,cook at 350 until desired internal temp and slice thin for sammiches.I turn every 15 minutes. I did this at EGGFEST last year serving with a variety of fixings........Page

    flajoker:[p]I think 160º internal will be overcooked and too tough. My experience is that this cut is best rare to medium rare.
