If you are replacing the scissor hinges on a small egg with the spring hinge, you will need to get 2-5/16", 4 inch nails to attach the bands appropriately... the 2" ones that come with the bands for assembly are not long enough as it appears that the circumfrence of the old small is bigger than the new ones.... just a tip!
