What's the difference between Boston Butt and a Picnic Roast? Are both used to make pulled pork? Anyone have a preference?

Both cuts are from the shoulder, and both make fine pulled pork. Most seem to prefer the boston butt, which has a little bit of a higher yield, no skin to mess with, and a slightly milder flavor. You can't go wrong with either one though. The link below has some info and photos that should help.[p]Beers to you!
