Big Green Egg Jerky

I met a man in the grocery store today that mentioned he was buying round to make jerky on his Big Green Egg. I have made jerky many times in my dehydrator, but never on my Egg. <p />Dustin,[p]This is just a picture of how I do mine. There are several folks here that will give you great advice.[p]The jerky in the picture cooked for probably close to 5 hours or better @ 180-220.[p]Yummy stuff.[p]Mick

<p />Dustin, Gfw got me started on this. I honestly can't make enough for people wanting it. I cooked about 12 lbs. of bottom round about a week ago and have 2 packages left to show for it.
If river city beef jerky is still in the archives or recipes section, use it for a base and work till you get the results you desire.[p]CWM
