its tuesday before thanksgiving. .. time for the last minute tips prior to thursday. ...get the last few things out of the way. ...i'm gonna stop at my local bakery on the way to work and pick up my ciabatta bread to sit out for the next 24 hours to dry out a little prior to making my stuffing tomorrow. . . .get as much done as you can today and tomorrow so that thursday is as stress free as possible and you can focus on that great mad max turkey and gravy!!! after all, thats the center piece of your meal, and you don't want to F*&K IT UP!!!!! . ...

and remember starting tomorrow, the hotline will be open!!
