Just got my BGE this past weekend. Have done ribs,wings,steaks. Everything has turned out great.. Now I would like to do some loin chops about 1" thick.. Should I do them like the steaks 650 1-1-2 or at a lower temp for more time.. New at this but have been water smoking for 18 years. Thanks Convert
