Big Green Egg - EGGhead Forum - The Ultimate Cooking Experience...
We’re feeling pretty super, how about you? The big game is fast approaching, and while we love football, we love an excuse to invite people over and cook even more! You too can cook like a champion with recipes from Dr. BBQ’s NFL Gameday Cookbook: Grilled Tuna Sandwiches from Seattle and Baked Brie from New England. Who’s going to win? You’ll have to cook both to find out.

Thanks for the help...

Thanks for your input on the baby backs people. They turned out great! I changed it a little..I placed the ribs in a V-rack upside down over a drip pan with firebricks below. The drip pan had about 2 cup of water in it. After the 3 hours I removed the firebricks, drip pan and V-rack, wrapped them in foil for 1 hour. Then I placed them directly on the grill for 1 1/2 hours. The last half hour I basted them in sauce. They were as good if not better than any ribs I have ever had! This message board has been a godsend to a newbie like me.
