    CW, shouldn't you get a percentage? Rick, Recipe? temp? why did you cut the rack? How long on the egg? What wine would you pair this with? the meaning of psi? what Celtic had for dinner last night? :S :S :S :S

    No percentage because I get his undying loyalty as my Competition partner.

    Recipe is part of the Eggtoberfest 2008 Recipe Book

    The recipe calls for the rack to be cut.

    Till they are the desired internal temp

    Any good red wine will work.

    PSI = Per Square Inch
