Thanks for the butt

Well, last night I sampled the first butt I have ever cooked. It was almost 11 lbs, and it took just under 23 hours to cook. It was FANTASTIC.[p]I want to thank all of you who helped me through the trying process of smoking my first butt. Your answers to my questions and general hand-holding kept me in the game.[p]Milt
