I may be new here, but have pictures of some of my recent cooks to share, so here's a few meals at once...


rib dinner

sliced pastrami, following direction on thirdeye's site

first dizzy pig cook ribs with firewalk, and dizzy dust. I was very impressed with the rubs! and 2 tenderloins on the grate below for the last hour of the cook...

and this last weekends attempt at jerky, came out quite well, but ran out of fire after 9 hours at 160-170.. so had to finish 2 hours in the oven.. I know... that's forbidden :blush:
