I just wanted to say thank you to everyone on these boards and compliment everyone on how friendly and helpful you are.
I am new to the site and the Egg and have lots of silly questions yet no matter how silly, I always seem to get immediate and helpful responses.
I am involved in many online boards for sports, work etc and this is BY FAR the most useful and friendly group.

I second that one. As a new egger myself, I would have been LOST without this forum. I can spend hours alone just using the search function for one thing I'm trying to cook that day! (There's not much that hasn't been discussed at some point here!)

Thanks again everyone, and now I know that "Spatchcock" and "Rubbing your meat" aren't necessarily dirty terms! :laugh:
