Last of Costco Butts

Finally finished off the boneless Boston Butts from Costco,

They turned out good. I prefer the bone-in.

    Man sorry about that. My daughter dropped of her Boxer for me to baby sit until Monday and Molly has been in a super active state to play mode.Keeps butting her head against the boxer and as if to say lets go.Problem is that it is raining cats and dogs here and they are running relay races around the house.Calm them down for three minutes then they are ready to go again.My first reaction when I saw "The last of the Costco Buts" it made me think of your new diet.
