I just stuffed one of the twins with a 12 lb. brisket - biggest chunk a meat I've done. It barely fit, but I know it will shrink. If I can figure out the pic posting thing I'll try it.[p]Smith's and Albertson's has some great sales on meat going on - two spiral cut hams ($1.29/lb), 7 lb. butt - 9 lb. picnic for $0.99/lb, the brisket was less than $11, couple of bone in rib roasts. If I had more storage room I would've bought a lot more.[p]Happy Holiday Egg'n,[p]LVM
