This is what I'm doing to calm my nerves about Molly being stiffed.

Took the only porterhouse steak I had out, trimmed the fat then coated with Dizzy Pig Cowlick rub,EVOO and a little more Cowlick. Wrapped in plastic till I'm ready to cook it, could be in a day or maybe on the weekend.
