I had several people ask me for the recipe I used for my beef short ribs.
I picked this up when I lived in Korea
1/3 c. soy sauce
1/3 c. water
1/3 c. white wine
1 c. coke
1 c. brown sugar
2 tbs garlic
Black Pepper to taste
1/4 c. sesame oil
Pour over ribs and mix. Let soak for 24 hrs. Grill
The recipe didn't include the amount of meat. I had about 15 ribs. and had plenty.
