Oriental Orange Chicken

<p />Got this from "Food & Wine" magazine. will be cooking it tonight. Looks good and easy!![p]2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons thawed orange juice concentrate
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon finely grated orange zest
1 teaspoon minced ginger
1 teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon ground pepper[p]Blend ingredients in bowl, add chicken breasts and egg ‘em (basting a few times during cook)!

    These look and sound great! Two questions you just coat before cooking or marindate the chicken and if so how long? Also, what temp would you cook them at and for how long? Thanks...[p]~nikki
