Most of the pictures that I've seen with 3-2-1 Rib recipes show the ribs laying directly on the grill. Can I use a v-rack for the non-foil portion of the cook and get the same results? Thanks

Gandolf,[p]Yes! [p]You can even use it for the foiled portion, though you can also stack your racks when they are foiled.[p]Stogie

Thanks. Didn't know if the mustard would stay on in the v-rack. I have Medium, so need the space for three full racks of ribs. Going on in about 30 minutes. First 3-2-1, so looking forward to them.
