<p />This was tonight's cook. It's a 2.73 lb London Broil (2 inches thick). Don't let the fork in the picture fool you ... its a serving fork! [p]It marinaded all day in a mixture of honey, molasas, soy sauce and fresh ginger (just a pinch of cyanne peper for a little flavor). Then seared for 2.5 minutes per side, and dwelled for 7.5 minutes. It was wonderful, well thats wat the guests said!![p]smokey.gif
