Crispy Chicken Skin

Did a spatchcock chicken last night on my medium. First time I didn't take the old lump out and clean everything. As a result I only maintained temperatures around 400 dome. Anywho, when it was about done I pulled the platesetter out and grilled the bird direct for probably 3 minutes a side. Very pleased with the crispness of the chicken skin!
