Pizza -N- Bacon

I got to make my first pizza tonight. I was really pleased with the crust and everything. I cooked it at 510 for 7 minutes. It did pick up either a little smoke or a tiny burnt flavor because I cooked it directly on my Platesetter. Other than that I really liked it.

Plus my wife is nauseated by the smell of cooking bacon right now, so I finished off everything in my fridge. Caused some pretty good flare ups. :)

  • Glad your pizza turned out well. Have never tryed bacon direct like that. Can only imagine the flare ups it would cause!

    That's not burnt....it's brick oven pizza. You can charge an extra buck for it.
