Hello all,
An answer to this, now age old question.
Over two weeks ago, there was a "glitch" on the server; and, then, while making a backup, we ran out of space which caused another glitch. The scripts wandered about for a while making erroneous links among other things (see link to message below.)
Well, since, I've been working on new perl scripts to "scrub" the message directory and index; so, now it's all been fixed (except for one lost messgae body.)
If anyone wants to see the repair work, look quick, because a long overdue archive is next on the list along with profile updates.
Happy Thanksgiving!
WMK

BlueSmoke,[p]You beat me to it. The person responsible for maintaining this forum does an eggsellent job [no kidding]! And I would guess that the user-friendliness of this forum has helped persuade quite a few would-be Eggers to take the plunge, knowing that there is an easy-to-use place to go if they have questions.[p]Keep it up!

    WMK,
I'm not a computer literate person per se, but I can appreciate your efforts to make the Green Room better. I for one thank you and wish you and your family a Happy Thanksgiving!

    WMK,
I'm not computer literate either. In fact, with my West Virginia herritage, I may not be literate at all! I too appreciate your time and hard work to make this site available to all of us. Happy T-day to you and yours.
