Where do I start...I just pulled a 8.5 lb pork butt off the LBGE after a 21 hour cook @ a steady 205-210 grate temp. I couldn't help myself and snuck a little try; I think it is my best ever. Good thing too because we have company coming over for lunch. The day gets better, I hear a knock on the door and my AR and Spider combo arrived (I'm very impressed with the quality). Lastly, I will be tailgating all day and will be heading to the local football game this evening.
Again, it's going to be a good day!
