The meat temp is at 194*. What temp can I pull it off at? I'm on a little bit of a time crunch? I have to leave hear at 4:00 for a birthday party with my daughter. 197? 198? I will wrap it in foil and towel and put it in a cooler for 2 hours. Will I be ok?

194 is good, just leave it on till the last minute & you'll be finehappy in the hut

If it's at 194 now and you are nervous you really need to calm down....
Take it off anytime -
In the two hour span it will continue to cook.If you want, put a probe in the meat wrapped in foil with lots of news paper or towels in a cooler.By din din time it should be where you want it.
