For the Newbe The Mini's are a powerful Cooking Machine ,They are not a large ,But I think the most over looked of all the Eggs
Am making a table as we speak like this,But did find like other the daisey wheel dint fit ,had to grind it fit ,and the vents were very sloppy did a low temp went right to 300 ,so like this post
I took it a little further and put steel wool self adhesive pad on mine ,works great no screen stayed at 250 now

    Nice very nice ,do you have plans ? is that a raise rack?

    I don't have the plans...It was a 50 year old typewriter stand that I put Corian on.That is a raised grid.I had a 9"x1 1/2"x 1/8" stainless steel ring made and it works good.
