How long to thaw?

Hey folks,
I bought 18 lb's of butt too much at BJ's a few weeks ago and threw the extra butts in the freezer uncooked. They are two 8-8 1/2 lb butts vacuum sealed side by side, not stacked. I pulled them out of the freezer and put them in the fridge tonight. Will they be thawed out enough to cook on Sat or Sun? It seems like the froze within about 24 hours. Also, any recommendations on how to thaw them best. Again, they are still raw and so bear that in mind.
Thanks,

Place them in a container of cool water (36-38 deg.) in the refrigerator and change the water often. That will help it thaw faster; however, by Sunday you should be fine.
