I got this idea from watching Robin Miller (I think) on Food Network then modified a few things. I took some chicken breasts, dredged in flour, egg, and Panko. Then put them on the egg indirect at 400 dome for 25 minutes or so. Oh, I also sprayed them with Canola and flipped then once during the cook. Served them with buffalo sauce and ranch for dipping. Very good stuff. I think this would make a great sandwich. Take a peak.
