roasting whole chicken

Any suggestions for how to roast a whole chicken that has been dry rubbed and refrigerated in plastic bag in refrig for 24 hrs?

    Beer butt it...


    These were done at 400* indirect for 1.5 hours. I've done them at 500* for an hour, too.

    Anywhere from 400° to 500° for about an hour.

    Here is a 400° / 1 hr.


    After the knife and some GG tastin...


    May as well put some veggies under that bird.



    Now it's time to chow down.
