For those of you who soak wood chips for smoking, you can freeze any left overs in baggies. OR you can pre-measure and pre-package, already soaked chips and freeze for future use. Be sure to label them since all frozen chips pretty much look alike. Thanks, PoB

Not trying to be a smart a!@ but you don't have to soak the wood chunks when using the egg. you get the slow smoldering burn not the flare up were they bur really fast. just my 2 cents.
